While everyone was busy freaking out aboutStreet Fighter IVand Mike Patton’s cringe-worthy voice acting inBionic Commando, Capcom quietly announced another sequel. This winter,Commando 3(a new title in theCommandoseries, whose sequel was know in the U.S. asMERCS) will be coming to Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network.
Developed by Backbone Emeryville,Commando 3will give players control of three characters: Animal (a former marine; Smoke (a female covert-top); and Boomer (explosives). The game will feature co-op play, vehicles, online leaderboards, and will cost 800 Microsoft points/$9.99 PSN human-being money.

I just hadn’t seen it until two days ago, and I thought others might have missed it as well. Watch carefully as Sylvester Stallone rips someone’s throat out with his bare hands … seriously.
