Capcom has announced that it’s partnered with Playboy to feature the branding, magazines, and even Playboy bunnies inDead Rising 2. Throughout the world you’ll find billboards, Playboy ads, and even be able to find and pick up magazines.Dead Rising 2will feature a new system in which players will receive bonuses for reading magazines. There’s a “bonus/boner” joke in here somewhere, but I’m too mature to follow through on it.
Capcom’s not the first to put Playboy magazines and branding into its game; earlier this year 2K Games announced that players would be able to collectclassic Playboy centerfolds inMafia II.Dead Rising 2is out later this year for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
