Abrams tells Destructoid that the subpoena specifically mentions a Cheap Ass Gamer fourm thread titled“uber thread”, which managed to break the news about the PlayStation 3 price drop prior to the official announcement by Sony.

“The CAG community’s trust and respect is very important to me, so I’ve hired legal representation to deal with the situation,” Abrams tells Destructoid. “Hopefully, I’ll be able to keep everyone updated in future episodes of the CAGcast.”
