What’s happening withLost Planet 2‘s multiplayer? Funny you should ask. Capcom has been quick to point out how great the game’s co-op is — if you’ve played the demo you know that, yes, it is pretty great — but we haven’t heard a whole lot on the state of its competitive modes.

Melting the skin off a salamander with Topher was one of my favorite online gaming moments this year. I know quite a few people loved the multiplayer in the originalLost Planet, so this should be music to their ears. It’s sounding like a logical progression of what made that specific online scene great.
