Yesterday, the developer ofBurnout: Paradise, Criterion announcedon their official blogthat the long-awaited Bike pack DLC would be ready to download on September 18. The DLC will be free and, of course, motorcycles will be involved. The introduction of motorcycles is not the only thing the DLC will bring. Criterion has quite the list of new features and races to pick from:

We got the opportunity to getour hands on the title updatelast month at EA Showcase and we came to the conclusion that it was “packed full of awesome” despite the inability to have catastrophic wrecks while driving the motorcycles. There is something about watching a motorcycle driver tumbling through the air after his machine makes contact with a low wall that is beautiful, almost serene. It’s a pity that such a scene won’t be incorporated.
