Usually I don’t like to do news posts on box art, as it seems fairly redundant. However, it’s not often that you get box art as brilliant as this. This is the cover for Gearbox Software’s excitingly gorgeous FPSBorderlands,and I think you’ll agree that it perfectly encapsulates the sense of style and downright coolness that the roleplaying shooter seems to exude.

I’m quite envious of them, since this is one of my most hotly anticipated games of the year. Seriously, if the game itself wasn’t enough to tempt me, box art this ludicrously brilliant certainly seals the deal.
