The rumors are true — the game BioWare has been teasing these past few weeks is none other than Mass Effect 3.
A trailer for the game was shown off at the Spike VGAs tonight, confirming some of the info accidentally leaked out by the EA Store just yesterday. Namely, it looks like BioWare is taking the series to Earth.
“If Shepard doesn’t bring help soon, there won’t be an Earth left to save,” says the narrator.
The title is scheduled for a holiday 2011; it’s expected — but not confirmed — to be hitting Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
