Oh yes, the wait forBatman: Arkham Asylumis nearly at an end with the game releasing this week. To celebrate the Dark Knight’s return to games, Eidos has released this launch trailer. There’s a bit of new footage and a whole lot of the Caped Crusader using his “detective mode” vision to view some of the exemplary review scores the game has received up to this point.
Whether or not you feel that they’ve been tainted by the accusations of score-fixing on the part of Eidos, you can’t deny that the scores we’ve seen so far are very high indeed. It may not be a tremendous effort to be the bestBatmangame ever to be released, but it’s sounding as though that very thing may have been accomplished here. I know that I can’t wait to get my hands on it after the tantalizing demo.
