OK, I’ll admit it. I am horrendously gay for mechs. My very first anime was the originalTransformersseries. Soon after, I watchedGrandeizerandNinja Robots.I orgasmed all over my keyboard at the end of each episode ofGundam SeedandGundam Seed Destiny, each orgasm lasting forpig-like lengthsof time.
A large number of the games I’ve played also include mech titles.Virtual On, MechWarrior, Zone of the Endersetc etc. Another fun mech franchise (well, at least it used to be on the PSOne) is theArmored Coreseries.
However, as Roley so rightfully stated a few minutes back on Vent, “EveryArmored Coregame looks impressive before it releases.”
That said,WORTHPLAYINGhas a bunch of new screenshots up forArmored Core 4for the PS3 and 360. They certainly look impressive. Let’s see how good the game is when it releases in Spring 2007.
