The 1UP Network has released their list of nominees for game of the year, and voting is now openat the 1UP Web page. We noticed something while scanning through the list of nominees:Kane and Lynch: Dead Menmade the cut.
By now you know whatwe think about the game, and you may have hearda little something about a bit of controversyon another recent review of the same title, but somehowKane and Lynch: Dead Menhas made it into 1UP’s Best Action Game nominees list. Granted, 1UP gave the game a relatively good score of 75, proving that they liked it more than we did. But, even their readers have shown some disdain for the game, giving it an average score of 4.9. I think that’s “bad” by their own scale. If your readers aren’t digging it, then why put it on the list?
I know this isn’t Destructoid’s nominee list, and I know that 1UP leaves voting to their readers, but we wouldn’t have includedKane and Lynch: Dead Menin a Best Action Game lineup.Cashwh0re.commight, but would you?
