Galaga Legions DXis hitting Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network this week, Namco Bandai has confirmed withEurogamer. TheGalaga Legionsname might sound familiar — it hit XBLA back in 2008. This “deluxe” version is the follow up, and looks as crazy as the original. From the trailer, it looks like there are new firing modes in the game, including the ability to shoot in multiple directions. Last week‘s game debate put the Wii against the PS3, and Dtoid readers made their choice: There’s no way I could read those Dtoid stats with a straight face — the black behemoth bravado of the PS3 just got kicked in the electrojunk. It might not be the biggest landslide win we’ve seen in past game debates, but it’s definitely one to mark in the books. Earlier this afternoon, the studio announced that the build has joined the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions at the magical factory that makes the retail versions of the game real, tangible things. Today is the 20th anniversary of my favorite ever hedgehog that is blue and runs fast and is in videogames and is called Sonic. I decided to celebrate this beautiful event by debuting my first ever stop-motion film,Snonic The Snedgehog. It is inspired by Sonic and it makes me cry.
