Warner Bros. took me on a tour of their E3 offerings this afternoon and I kicked things off by checking out their recently announcedLord of the Ringstitle. Having recently acquired the license from EA, I was wondering what Warner Bros. was going to do with the franchise. And, of course, the very first thing they do is put it on the Wii in a game subtitled, “Aragorn’s Quest.” It’s pretty different from what EA had been releasing....
Speaking to press in a small private Q&A session this evening, Nintendo visionary Shigeru Miyamoto told us that 90% of the content found in the upcomingSuper Mario Galaxy 2will be brand new. City Interactive has revealed their E3 11 lineup which will consist ofSniper: Ghost Warrior 2andCombat Wings: Great Battles of WWII. Of the two, I’m looking forward toSniperthe most since I love being that dick in first-person shooters hiding somewhere on the map picking people off one-by-one. The sequel is set to use the CryENGINE 3 engine and is coming for the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Combat Wings: Great Battles of WWIIis an aircarft simulator and will have several multiplayer modes including deathmatch, racing, bomb-target hunting and more....

In another desperate attempt to boost PSP sales, Sony has signed a deal with EMI Music UK that will allow users in the United Kingdom to download music videos to their PSPs.
