However, if you hold on until halfway through, you’ll see what should setQuantum Theoryapart from the game that clearly influenced it heavily. There, did you see her? That’s Filena; she helps the guy with the big neck, Syd, kill guys. Basically, it’s what looks like a badass hand-to-hand/gun combo system....

Nintendo loves acting confident enough to admit its failures, although in the case of Wii Speak, I don’t think Nintendo could pull the wool over our eyes if itwantedto. The ill-advised microphone/speaker combo is a dud, and Nintendo has confirmed as much. “The Wii Speak microphone is still available at limited retail locations,” Nintendo states. “Additional shipments can be made if consumer demand increases.” A number of retailers, including Amazon and GameStop, have stopped online orders for the peripheral while other stores simply have older shipments waiting to sell out with no indication that they’ll ask Nintendo for more....

The horror!Minecraft1.8 has been leaked! Well, not exactly. Mojang decided to release the new version early for those willing to manually download a file and put it in the right place. Pretty easy stuff, and guess what? 1.8 is magnificent. Said filecan be found here. Windows users need only move it into%appdata%/.minecraft/bin and replace the current minecraft.jar file. Note: you’ll need an existingMinecraftaccount and to have the game downloaded already in order for that folder to exist....

I recently got to play a beta ofSuper Meat Boy, and it was awesome. I haven’t played a game with this much impending death in a long time. So far, it seems theSuper Meat Boyworld is pretty much made up of five things; you, the walls, the floor, giant buzz-saws, and cute little bunnies (who frequently jump into the buzz saws). Oh, and blood. Lots and lots of blood. The game’s first boss will do well to keep with the game’s bloody, saw-filled feel....

Last week, we saw a video showing the basic gameplay tactics inMight & Magic: Clash of Heroes HD, coming next week to PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade. These are the advanced tactics, including unit abilities, artifacts and combinations of the two. Do want so, so hard. Anonymous has released another statement concerning thePSN breach controversy, once again professing innocence in the face of negative press and Sony’s own implications.
